No. Buck Steel sells buildings, and the plans come with them: stamped engineered building drawings and stamped engineered foundation drawings are included with every storage building.
Every building is designed to meet local codes and loads for your site, and the engineers working on your building are licensed in your state. Codes and loads vary by county, so verify the quoted codes and loads with your local building department before ordering.
No. Buck Steel is not a General Contractor and generally does not get involved with anything at the jobsite (including site prep, concrete, paving or electric). Your GC or erecting crew assembles the building. Depending on the project's size and location, Buck Steel might be able to help you find a qualified erecting crew.
Buck Steel does not quote projects under 2,400 sq. ft.
